  • 12mth Barrel aged dry wild fermented dry hopped cider.

  • 20% Cripps Pink Lady

  • Riwaka
  • Rakau
  • NZ Cascade
  • Nelson Sauvin
  • Indigenous yeast and bacteria from Victorian and Tasmanian apples
Wild fermented from Australian grown Cripps pink lady apples, Granny Smith apples, Packham pears and new world hops. This cider was matured in special selected french barriques for 12mths, slightly softer than our 2016 release, with less Brett funk. RRP $10.00 – 375ml bottle

  • A blend of 2yr old sour ale & 6mth old barrel aged brown ale
  • 77% Pilsner malt
  • 10% crystal malt
  • 12% roasted malts
  • .1% cherry smoked malts
  • Styrian Wolf hops
 

Aromas of licorice plums prunes and blackcurrents mingle with background smoke from cherry wood malt house kilns and woodfired hearths, gentle acidity fruit and dark malts intertwine with toasted barrel complexities.

  • Steeped elderflower limeflower and chamomile
  • CO2 Cypress and Damiana extracts
A botanical sour ale created from our blend of 2 yr old barrel aged saisons and 6month old wild barrel fermented ales aged in pinot noir and chardonnay barrels steeped on selected herbs and enhanced with herbal extracts. Old world meets new world, herbal and sour.  Selected botanicals with intense aromatics and calming attributes create the perfect fireside sipper. RRP $16.00 – 375ml bottle

  • 65% Pilsner malt
  • 25% Wheat Malt
  • 10% Crystal rye malt
  • wild yeasts and saccharomyces brewers yeast
  • Mosaic hop pellets 19 IBU
Sour and complex, crystal rye malts round out the mouth feel and increase body.  Hints of Brettanomyces and deep lactic acidity intertwine with vinous notes from the pinot and chardonnay barrels. RRP $22.00 – 375ml bottle

12mth old Wild ferment of Victorian  & Tasmanian Fuji apples & Granny Smiths, rested on unfermented pressed Mourvedre whole bunches from Mornington Peninsula the resultant cider is delightfully pink slightly gamey and exhibits subtle tannins and gentle acidity.
